Talking Stick Resort To Host Arizona State Poker Championship
Beginners and professionals perfect their skills and are preparing for the 12th Arizona State Poker Championship. The No Limit Holdum Tournament will be held in the Arena Poker Room from Aug. 12-16. More than $1 million in prize money will be awarded and the audience will be able to watch Tom Schneider, a four-time World Series of Poker champion, play the final match.
"The Arizona State Poker Championship is a must-see event for poker fans," said Tom Young, poker director at Talking Stick Resort. "These days of tournaments are full of twists and turns and you never know what's coming next. Every year, more than a thousand contestants try their luck, but only one lucky winner takes home the grand prize."
Last year's tournament featured 1,580 contenders, up from 1,460 in 2014. Vance Fitzgerald, a resident of Surprise, Arizona, fought his opponents for three hours before being declared the Arizona Poker Champion in 2015. He earned the right to show off with a Rolex watch and a $253,600 prize. 파워볼사이트 추천
